Job Description :
Do you enjoy dealing with people and are you looking to work within a lively team environment? We have a permanent full-time role with an established business based within their customer services division in a modern office setting based near Rhyl, Denbighshire, North Wales.

In the Customer Service Administrator Job you will be:

* Engaging and dealing with customer queries via telephone, email and other communication channels across the UK

* Filing sales paperwork

* Developing and maintaining a professional working relationship with customers

* Processing/collating information for the management team as and when required

* Processing sales orders, purchase orders and quotes

* Performing other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department

To be considered for the Customer Service Administrator Job you will need:

* Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills

* Previous experience in an administration / customer service role

* The ability to maintain and forge good working relationships with customers

* Good IT skills including MS Office particularly word and excel and databases

* Good organisational skills, detail orientated with the ability to multi task

* A good understanding of UK Geography

This is a permanent full-time role with a salary of £16,000 per annum working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
