With Zapper mobile technology, businesses can capture valuable customer insights which in turn enable them to engage directly with their customer base, reward loyal customers, increase brand awareness and ultimately, grow their revenues. Current Zapper partners include; Spar, Nisa, Booker, NFRN, Coca Cola, Weetabix, Birdseye, CAU, Burger & Lobster, Granger & co, Camino, Vinoteca, Kimchee, Caffe Concerto, Alipay, and many more coming very soon. Key Responsibilities * The Telemarketing Appointment Booker will be responsible for setting up a strong and generous pipeline of appointments for the Zapper Sales team in order to maximize sales opportunities of our product in the retail convenience outlets, coffee shops, restaurants and high street stores * Document all activity onto internal system (currently Force Manager) to ensure accurate data re potential clients; * Provide any relevant insight and knowledge to colleagues across the company from information gained; * Be an ambassador for Zapper and ensure accurate communication of offer; * Provide insight and knowledge via feedback from the market place to help the company consistently evolve * The Telemarketing Appointment Booker will work to exceed targets with a friendly and professional telephone manner * Participate in sales team projects You will need to have: * Proven experience in an outbound telesales/appointment setting role * Ability to make 50+ calls per day * A proven successful track record in achieving targets & sales KPI * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and close calls effectively * Highly Motivated * Positive Attitude * Target Driven * A good educational background * Good IT skills (particularly MS Excel) * Effective time management skills To be a successful Telemarketing Appointment Booker you will be passionate and enthusiastic about our exciting product. Salary: £18,000 per annum plus commission for each sale.
