Suitable candidates must possess:
A confident, driven attitude
Fantastic telephone presence
The ability to nurture relationships and CLOSE deals
A sales background that involves B2B / B2C
Broking experience (preferred)
Candidates must be confident in their own sales ability as this is a very high commission role which sees you earning 15% of every deal!
This role has a high OTE which will only be achieved if the work is put in and the numbers are dialled, not for those afraid of the telephone!
Basic Salary + Comms split of up to 17% per deal
